Welcome!

On behalf of Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County, I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to all who have supported our mission of creating communities and ending sub-standard housing in lower Fairfield County.  We could not serve our families nor make a difference in our neighborhoods without your support.

The primary goal of the development office is to make sure Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County in achieving its stated goals through fundraising, public relations, and communications.  Our office works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers to secure the financial resources needed to end substandard housing in Fairfield County.

While gifts to the Annual Fund, Endowment and House Sponsorships each contribute to our growth, they do so in different ways. Annual Fund gifts are unrestricted and allow us to develop our infrastructure.  Endowment funds are restricted to investment for the future.  House Sponsorship provides funding to specific build projects.  Follow the links on the left of this page to learn more about types of giving including maximizing your donation through matching gifts or celebration gifts.  We also have various Special Events and other fundraisers throughout the year. We are best known for our Hearts and Hammers Gala in February and our Tom Palazzo Memorial Golf Outing in September.

Again thank you for your continued support.  The generosity of friends, congregations, and local businesses will help Habitat continue working to eliminate poverty housing and provide decent affordable housing to families in need.
