The application process can be time consuming, but we are always willing to establish contact with new and interested parties.  Our description of this process is broken down into sections as follows:

Eligibility & Program

Gives background on what is required of homeowners and applicants.  This is a great place to start if you're trying to find out if you would qualify for a home through Habitat CFC.

Sweat Equity

All Habitat homeowners are required to complete a certain number of sweat equity hours, working on their own home and the homes of other Habitat families.  This takes the place of your down payment, but can also be time-consuming.  Visit the Sweat Equity page to learn more about this piece of the process.
